We strive to ensure that scores are accurate and they undergo multiple reviews by external auditors for quality control. We also investigate every individual claim for issues faced during the exams, whether reported by email or by the proctor, and we take them into account while checking the tests.

However, if you consider that the score does not reflect your level and want to order a score recheck, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Login to your account and access your "Dashboard".

Step 2:

Click on "Services".

Step 3:

Click on the arrow to the bottom left of "Recheck Exam Score".

Step 4:

Choose the tests that you want to recheck (EST I, EST II or Both), and then click on "Proceed to payment".

Step 5:

Click on "Confirm payment".

Step 6:

Input all the required payment information, and then click on "Pay". Your payment information includes:

Card number (a 14-digit found on the from side of your card).
Card holder name (found on the front side of your card).
Card expiration date (found of the front side of your card).
CVV (a 3-digit number found at the back of your card).

Kindly note that the credit card itself should support 3D security, which includes sending a one-time password (OTP) to your phone for confirmation.

If it does not support it, the transaction will directly fail even if the information is correct and you have enough funds.

Sometimes your bank blocks the transaction and you have to contact them to authorize it.

If you are unable to pay with a certain card, we suggest contacting your bank in all cases or using another card.

Meanwhile, please ensure that all your personal data on the unofficial report is accurate because all universities refuse score reports with inconsistencies.
